Gas Detection System
Our gas detection system has an economical design and are reliable for analysis. We have included and supplied the wide range of industrial gas detectors with Catalytic, Electrochemical, Semi-Conductor and Infrared technology. Our normal gas detector comes standard with linear 4-20 mA output, self-adjusting zero & span, and LED indicators for fault and calibration status.
Trace Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Gas Detection System
This type of gas detection sensor is using electrochemical sensor technology for detecting and monitoring Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) in air over the range of 0-100 ppm. This series sensor is available in explosion-proof and extreme environmental conditions with Stainless Steel housing. The porous membrane in sensor is used to contact the electrolyte in the air and gas molecules and create a change of electrical conductance. The changed electrical conductance is the key to determine the internal electronic circuitry for providing a linear 4-20 milliamp signal proportional to the gas concentration.
Chlorine (CL2) Gas Leakage System
The sensor is applied to detect and monitor CL2 in air over the range 0 – 10 ppm. The sensor consists of an electrochemical fuel cell with Stainless Steel and Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic housing, signal conditioning control transmitter circuit, a base connector board and an explosion proof junction box. It allows direct contact of the gas to the electrochemical sensor to increase the response time, detectability and repeatability.
Ozone (O3) Gas Leakage System
The sensor is used to detect and monitor O3 in air over the range 0 – 1 ppm. The method of the detection is by diffusion adsorption. The sensor provided 2-wire loop powered 4-20 mA current signal equivalent to the sensor range of detection. The design of sensor included intelligent electronics, non-intrusive operator interface and comprehensive fault diagnostics.
Car Park System (CPS)
CPS is a continuously and reliable monitoring for the protection in parking facilities and tunnels. CPS central controller and modules are featured up to 256 points, addressable relays and analog output of monitoring 6 different gases. The parking facility benefits to save the maximum 40% electricity. It can also significantly reduces the operating costs by the efficiency of ventilation systems and servo controls.
